At the UPJ AGM in November, the recipients of the Ner Tamid and Vatik Awards were announced.
Each year, the UPJ presents the Ner Tamid and Vatik Awards to worthy recipients. The Ner Tamid Award honours congregational members who perform exceptional service to their congregations, community - both Progressive and Jewish - and the wider community. The Vatik Award honours past presidents of congregations and affiliate organisations who have continued to provide excellent service and make a valuable contribution to their community and the wider community.
