Netzer madrichim shared the following message, and encourage online registration for their Winter Camps in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney in July.

In 1979, a small group of Progressive Jewish youth in Melbourne channeled their values of Progressive Judaism, Reform Zionism, Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) and youth empowerment into creating Netzer. Since then, Netzer has grown to become the vibrant youth movement of the Australian Progressive community that we know today.Throughout our 39 years we continue to maintain a commitment to developing the Progressive Jewish identities and communities of our chanichim (participants) and madrichim (leaders).

We are incredibly excited to launch Netzer’s upcoming Winter Camps. Netzer camps are a unique opportunity for children in years 3-11 to experience peer-led informal Jewish education and leadership development in a fun, engaging and inclusive environment. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the magic of Netzer camp and to become a part of our ever-growing Netzer Family!

Our madrichim are already working away building our camp season and we hope you will join us this winter!
