Prosecuting case for Israel’s right to defend itself

Almost 500 leading lawyers in Australia, including UPJ Immediate Past President David Knoll AM, have made it their priority to prosecute the case for Israel’s legal right to defend itself against Hamas in a letter to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Foreign Minister Penny Wong and Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus. David Knoll also joined with Greg Rose to write an article in the 4 December issue of The Australian, “In Gaza tragedy, Hamas terrorists are the only war criminals”.
